When a customer approves, the quote converts into a booked job in one click, carrying the line items, customer, address, deposit and terms. Nobody re-types it into a diary or a job sheet.
If you want a signature, the customer signs on screen from the approval link. The signed PDF records when it was signed, the IP address and browser it was signed from, and a SHA-256 fingerprint of the quote exactly as signed.
Larger work can carry a Stripe deposit link, so approving the quote and paying the deposit happen in the same flow. The deposit reconciles to the job and comes off the final invoice.
With follow-ups switched on, a quote that has sat unanswered gets one polite chase email. The dashboard shows what's out, what's approved and what has gone cold, and the reports add lead sources and lost reasons.
