LoadingCushty's automations are a set of switches, not a workflow builder: each one does a specific, useful thing — raising recurring jobs, confirming bookings, chasing quotes and invoices — and the reports show what all that work adds up to.
The dashboard and reports read from the same records the work runs on, so the numbers are live rather than re-keyed. What you can actually see:
Cushty deliberately doesn't ship an if-this-then-that automation builder. Instead, each automation is purpose-built for one job a service business actually has, and each is off until you turn it on — so nothing emails or texts a customer without you having decided it should. Texts are scoped to scheduling: bookings, reschedules, the day-before reminder and the on-the-way notice, sent only to customers who've opted in. Quotes, invoices and their chasers travel by email, where there's something to read and a link to act on. The profit numbers are equally honest: revenue net of VAT against the costs you've logged on the job — which means the margin figure is as good as your cost discipline, and clearly badged as an estimate until the invoice exists.
A quarterly service across a landlord's portfolio is set up once as a recurring template. Each morning a sweep raises any visits falling due in the next fortnight, assigned to the default team — the office adjusts the diary rather than remembering the contract.
A job is booked and the customer gets a confirmation email with a calendar invite — and a text, if you've turned texts on and they've opted in. Move the date and a reschedule text follows. The day before, a reminder text goes out; when the engineer sets off, an on-the-way text.
Follow-ups are switched on with a three-day wait. A quote sits unanswered, so Cushty sends one polite chase email with the secure link — and if an expiry date is set, a reminder before it lapses. One chase each, then it's back in your hands.
Reminders are on. A few days past the due date, the customer gets a courteous reminder email with the payment link; a fortnight on, one firmer final notice. The owner sees who has been chased and what's still outstanding — without writing a single awkward email.
The reports page shows revenue invoiced and collected, debt aged into buckets, quote conversion and profit on every job in the period. The profitability and debtor-ageing tables download as CSVs the accountant can open straight in a spreadsheet.
Each automation lives inside a part of the platform — these pages cover them in their working context.
