LoadingCushty plays nicely with the accounting, payments and communication tools UK service businesses already use. Some are live today, some are next on the build queue. If something you need is missing, tell us — the integration roadmap is shaped by what real customers ask for.
Accounting
Invoices and payments are pushed from Cushty into Xero automatically — mark an invoice Sent and it appears in Xero, mark it Paid and the payment is recorded there too. Later edits and voids re-push so the two stay in step. Your existing Xero contacts can be imported into Cushty when you set up. Cushty stays the source of truth: nothing is pulled back from Xero on an ongoing basis.
Payments
Every Cushty invoice carries a Stripe payment link. Customers pay by card in two clicks and the payment is reconciled against the invoice and the parent job automatically. Funds land in your own UK Stripe account — card details never touch Cushty servers.
Notifications
Transactional email for quotes, invoices, booking confirmations with calendar invites, quote follow-ups, overdue invoice reminders and portal sign-in links — all branded to your business and delivered through a reliable transactional provider. No separate marketing tool needed.
Notifications
Short, branded text messages for booking confirmations, reschedule notices, day-before reminders and engineer-on-the-way notifications. UK numbers, sent only to customers who've opted in, with fixed, tested wording that carries your business name. Quotes and invoices travel by email, not text.
Prioritised by what customers and prospects ask for most. If one of these would unblock you, let us know — it usually moves things up the queue.
Accounting
QuickBooks Online — the same invoice-and-payment push we do for Xero today. The most-requested missing integration.
Payments
UK Direct Debit through GoCardless for recurring contract billing (planned maintenance, monthly cleaning contracts, annual safety services).
Notifications
Booking confirmations and job updates through WhatsApp Business — the channel a lot of UK service-business customers actually use.
Calendar
A persistent calendar subscription, so an engineer's Cushty schedule appears as a live read-only feed in their own calendar app. Today, booking confirmation emails carry an .ics invitation instead — a one-click add per visit rather than a feed that keeps itself up to date.
Developer
Public REST API for customer-built integrations — jobs, customers, invoices and webhooks. Useful for connecting to existing business systems and to no-code platforms like Zapier and Make.
If a tool you depend on isn't on the live or pipeline list, tell us. We build what real customers ask for, and a clear customer ask is usually what tips a new integration over the line.
Request an integration →We'll reply within one working day. If a few customers ask for the same thing, it tends to move up the queue quickly.
