These are parts of Cushty itself, not parts of one trade. They behave the same for an electrician, a property maintenance firm and a roofer, and they are what the case for Cushty rests on.
Office books the callout. Engineer sees it on their phone with the address, the customer notes and the previous job history. Photos, notes and materials get logged on site. Sign-off is captured on the screen, the job moves itself to Ready for Invoicing, and the office can have the invoice out the same day.
Quote larger work from saved templates that already include labour, materials, call-out charges and terms. Customer approves and pays the deposit from one link. Cushty turns the approved quote into a booked job ready for the diary.
Recurring visits schedule themselves — the right property, the right interval, the default team already on the job. Customers who have opted in get a day-before reminder text, and the office never has to generate the next round by hand. The visit is a recurring job in Cushty; any certificate it produces is issued and kept in your certification tool, not in Cushty.
