The 2–5 working day setup window starts the day you subscribe, not the day you sign up. In it we build your own app at your own address, set up your line-item presets, recurring templates, document wording and payment terms, and bring your customers across from Xero if that's where they live — that's the one import we do.
You pay only when you subscribe. No long contract or exit fees — cancel any time from your account settings. Setup is quoted and agreed separately.

A staff account is one login for someone inside your business. That includes you, anyone in the office raising quotes or invoices, and every engineer who opens Cushty on their phone. If a person needs to sign in, they need an account.
Your setup quote lists the scope, one-off price and payment terms for review and acceptance before payment. This is separate from your monthly subscription.
Your plan covers the platform and the notifications it sends — we don't add per-job, per-invoice or per-message charges on top. One thing is billed outside Cushty:
Card payments run through your own Stripe account, so Stripe's standard UK processing fees are charged by Stripe directly to you, at whatever rate Stripe publishes. Cushty takes no cut of your payments.
