1. Emergency callout from an existing customer

   Customer phones in. Office creates a job from their existing record, books the nearest engineer, and the customer gets a confirmation text. The engineer sees the job on their phone, completes it, and the customer signs off before the engineer drives away.

   A landlord with twenty rental properties has a CP12 schedule. Cushty generates the next twelve months of jobs at the right interval, assigns them to a qualified engineer, and reminds the customer the week before each visit.
