One job, from first call to invoice
Follow a repair through Cushty: the enquiry, the quote the customer accepts, the booking, the engineer's photos and sign-off, and the invoice.
The office logs a call as an enquiry, with the customer, the address and how urgent it is.
A quote is built from line items, locked, emailed to the customer and marked accepted.
The accepted quote becomes a job, booked into the schedule with an engineer assigned.
On site, the engineer adds photos from their phone and records the customer's sign-off.
The office marks the job ready, generates the invoice and emails it to the customer.
What happens when the work is done?
Follow a job from the engineer’s final site update to customer sign-off, a job report and the invoice.
Engineer records completion
The engineer adds photos and notes to the job from their phone, then marks the work complete.
Customer sign-off
The customer signs on the engineer’s phone or through a secure emailed link. This records customer acceptance of the work.
Office generates the report
Generate a branded job report PDF with the work notes, before-and-after photos and sign-off together.
Office sends the invoice
The office reviews and sends the invoice with a payment link. The customer can pay online.
Ready for invoicing
After sign-off, the completed job appears in the office’s invoicing worklist. Turn on “Move complete jobs automatically” and Cushty moves completed jobs to Ready to Invoice once a day. The office still reviews and sends the invoice.
A record of the work
The job report brings the site record together. Customer sign-off records acceptance; it does not establish technical approval or compliance certification.
Does sign-off automatically send a certificate?
No. Cushty does not currently issue or automatically email operational certificates. Certificate templates are limited to office evaluation. If your work needs a certificate, ask us to check your requirements in a demo.
